Whether its a customizeable educational workshop that offers a pleasure and rights-centered re-do of the shamey sex education you might have gotten in your youth or a coaching package that offers options for individuals, partners, or groups for varying lengths. Our relationship can be as tailor-made as the fringe jumpsuit I dream of.

What is coaching, exactly?
Coaching is a space where we can take all of your sexuality, relationahip, and intimacy goals and get specific about how.
We get into the weeds of what you want, what is working, and what needs to shift to create a sex life filled with confidence and joy.
Sound a bit like therapy?
I hear you. To be fair, both involve talking back and forth with a professional who is focused on helping you– but here are some key differences (with the analogy beautifully provided by my colleague, Erika Davian):
Working with a therapist is like going to physical therapy. They help you heal, process the context of the current moment, and support you in deep work to reach a place of health. Therapists can give professional focus on the past and help you in integrating it into the present.
Working with a coach is like working with a personal trainer. I make sure you stay focused, keep momentum going, and take yourself further than you thought was possible. Coaching sometimes looks to the past, but often the focus is on the future, what you want, and how your actions in this moment can help you get there.
Doing it on your own is like getting a gym membership. Maybe it works for you, but for many people it’s hard to stay motivated, stick to habits, and keep focused. Reaching your goals will likely take longer than if you just worked with someone who could help.
Add in the complicated cocktail of sexual shame, misinformation, myths, and relationship “shoulds?” Getting a gym membership might feel like lifting weights with a snake as the barbell. Let’s try a different way.

Investment for this service is $115/hr.

These 1 hour sessions are dedicated to reaching reaching your sexual + intimate goals as partners. Through collaboration, education, and creativity, we will create a custom plan to get you thriving in the ways you seek.
I collaborate with couples, triads, and polycules to explore your current strengths, identify areas for growth, and build skills and practices that will have you reginiting your connections in and out of the bedroom.
Investment for this service is $150/hr.

You are so not alone if you feel overwhelm when these topics arise. I can help! I offer consultations to support you as you support your clients in the wide umbrella of sexuality, intimacy, and queer identities.
